Planning Panel meeting to decide fate of the Princess St carpark at the Racecourse !

Coming Monday night 3rd May is the hearing for the fate of the grassy openspace carparking area on Princess St linked to the Racecourse. Help by making a quick submission to oppose the change of use application by writing that we dont need those extra cars on race nights parking us out, nor another High Density development in its place. “The application will be considered by the Canterbury Bankstown Local Planning Panel (CBLPP) on Monday 3 May 2021 commencing at 6.00 pm. Should you wish to address/speak at the Panel meeting regarding the application, we must receive your request in writing (including your name, address, contact telephone number/s, and the item on which you wish you to speak) by 12.00 midday on Monday 3 May 2021.
